Officials at Pushkar Ghat not learnt lessons from yesterday's stampede ?

Same situation repeated today at 10-30pm. Officials at Pushkar ghat made devotees wait for 2 hours due to harathi. After godavari harathi they opened gates. But they could not control pilgrims.
Because of luck nothing happened....
